For ecommerce brands doing SAR 200K+ per month

Your ROAS might look good while your business is losing money. We'll find out why before you scale.

We find the gap between the numbers that look good and the numbers that actually make your business profitable, then build your acquisition strategy around it.

The problem

A 5X ROAS does not automatically mean you are making money.

SAR 20,000 in ads brings in SAR 100,000 in sales. Both brands below do exactly that. Same ads, same 5X ROAS, two very different businesses.

Losing money at 5X

Illustrative example, not client results.

ROAS only compares ad spend to sales. It doesn't know what your product costs, what delivery costs, or how many orders come back.

The system

This is why we don't start with ROAS.

Before deciding whether to scale your ads, we need to know what profitable acquisition actually looks like for your business.

The usual way

  • Pick a ROAS target
  • Spend more
  • Launch more campaigns
  • Make more creatives
  • Hope performance improves

The Break-Even Growth System

01
Know your economicsMargins, order value, shipping, payment fees, discounts and returns. From these we work out your break-even CAC and break-even ROAS. Yours, not an industry average.
02
Find the bottleneckCreative, offer, product page, checkout, tracking, stock, campaign structure. If ads aren't the problem, we say so.
03
Test deliberatelyHypothesis, test, data, decision. Every test has a reason and a number that decides it.
04
Scale what proves itselfBudget goes up when the economics support it, not because a campaign looked good for a few days.

The diagnosis

Before we touch your budget, we find where the money is leaking.

Economics

Are you acquiring customers at a profitable cost?

Tracking

Can you actually trust the data you're making decisions from?

Acquisition

Are the campaigns and creatives doing their job?

Conversion

Are visitors failing to buy because of something outside the ad account?

Market

What are competitors doing differently?

See how we work

See how we think before you trust us with your budget.

Our approach comes from working hands on with ecommerce accounts and seeing where growth actually gets stuck. Instead of asking you to take our word for it, here are the checks we use to diagnose an account before deciding what to scale.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

Economics

A campaign shows 3.1X ROAS. The brand's break-even ROAS is 3.4X. Every order loses money while the dashboard looks fine.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

Tracking

Meta reports 214 purchases in a week. The store recorded 168 orders. Until that gap is explained, every decision rests on the wrong number.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

Conversion

Strong click-through, 4,000 product page visits, 38 orders. The ad did its job. The page didn't.

We share how we work on Instagram, TikTok and X.

Before you apply

Before you apply, you probably have a few questions.

“We already have an in-house media buyer.”

Good. We work alongside them: break-even analysis, acquisition strategy, a testing roadmap and performance review. Your team keeps the daily work, and we add a second view where it helps. If you don't need us, we'll say so.

“Our ROAS is already good.”

A good ROAS is a starting point, not a verdict. It leaves out product cost, delivery, payment fees, discounts and returns. We check whether the ROAS you have clears the ROAS you need.

“We've worked with agencies before.”

Then you've probably been asked for more budget before anyone explained anything. We start with diagnosis, show our reasoning, and agree the numbers before we scale.

“What if ads aren't actually the problem?”

Then we tell you. If the offer, store, checkout, tracking or stock is the bottleneck, more ad spend makes it worse. We'd rather fix that first, even if it delays our own work.

“Can you guarantee ROAS?”

No, and be careful with anyone who does. Product, market, offer, creative, stock, website and customer behavior are not fully in a media buyer's control. What we can guarantee is a clear process, transparent decisions, and recommendations tied to your actual economics. That is the guarantee below.

Guarantee

The No-Guesswork Guarantee

Before you scale, you'll know what we're testing, why we're testing it, what numbers determine success, and what needs to happen before more budget goes in. You will not blindly spend money with us.

  • What we're testingEvery test is written down before it launches.
  • Why we're testing itEach one starts from a hypothesis about your bottleneck.
  • What decides successThe numbers are agreed with you in advance.
  • What comes before more budgetSpend goes up only when the economics support it.

Capacity

We only onboard 2 new brands each month.

2new brands / month

We deliberately limit onboarding because we would rather manage fewer brands properly than fill the agency with accounts that don't get enough attention. Account analysis, testing, optimization, reporting and decisions all need real time.

Every month you keep scaling without knowing your real break-even, you're making decisions with incomplete information.

FAQ

Common questions

Who do you work with, and what revenue level do I need?

Established ecommerce and D2C brands in Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC doing SAR 200,000+ per month, already selling steadily. Below that, we'll tell you honestly if it's too early.

Do you work with Shopify, Salla and Zid?

Yes, all three, and other established ecommerce platforms. What matters is that tracking can be set up properly.

Which advertising platforms do you manage?

Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Google. We only recommend the channels that make sense for your numbers.

Do I give you my ad account?

We run ads inside your own ad account. You stay the owner and can remove our access at any time.

How long does it take to see results?

Expect 2 to 4 weeks of structured testing before we scale. We agree in advance which numbers count as a win. We won't promise a result date.

What happens during the first month?

First we research your market and audit your ad account, store and tracking, usually in 2 to 3 days. Then we build the strategy and testing plan from your break-even. Then we launch the first tests and report on them. Scaling starts only when the numbers support it.

Do you work with brands outside Saudi Arabia?

We work with brands across the GCC. If you sell somewhere else, apply and tell us your main market.

How much do you charge?

Our fee is tied to your sales. We share the exact structure on the call, once we know we're a fit.

What happens after I submit the form?

We reply on WhatsApp on working days. If it looks like a fit, we book a short call about your numbers and goals, then run a free audit of your ad account and store before suggesting anything.

Your next growth decision should be based on your numbers, not guesswork.

If your ecommerce brand is already doing SAR 200K+ per month, we'll look at the economics, acquisition setup and bottlenecks before recommending what to do next.
